Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female bodybuilder professional in the final quarter of the 2010s. Aleesha was born in 1984, comes from an athletic family. Her father competed in bodybuilding, while her siblings participated in various sports, including hockey on ice. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer and basketball prior to when she started bodybuilding at the age of fifteen. Aleesha was granted her professional card when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first competition was in 2008. She competed in 2014 at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was ranked 9th. In 2015 she held onto her 9th place. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. Aleesha improved and eventually win her first professional competition after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix, where she placed 4th in 2020. The "World's strong mother" needed to stop her training because of her health.
